An interesting and not well-known fact about Lance; as an active 4-H and FFA member, he judged all types of animals, crops, and range land. When not working for clients, you can find him riding his tractor, his quarter horse or fly fishing a small stream.

Sue was born and raised in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She graduated from The University of San Francisco with a degree in Organizational Management. Much of her early career involved working in the healthcare industry in nursing administration and human resource management. Her favorite pastime is endurance riding on Moonshine, her Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse.

We have lived in Colorado for 17 years. We know Evergreen. It is our home. Whether it is a multi-million dollar ranch estate or a small Wash Park bungalow, we strive to make every real estate transaction as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.
